I don't know a ton about most Cedar Park dental procedures because I have not had many myself. However, I try to keep up with what options are currently available just in case I would need something done. I have been currently reading a bit about dental implants and what they can do for someone's smile. One particular type that I find fascinating is the use of All On 4 dental implants.
I like something that is aptly named for what it actually is, which describes these implants. They are 4 implants made out of titanium that are inserted directly into the jawbone. They heal and allow for multiple implants to be placed in the spots without getting separate rods placed in each space. They really are four implants that allow for "all" missing teeth on one jawbone to be replaced.
I think this seems a lot better than the individual route for those that have lost a lot of teeth. The individual implants are great for those just missing a few teeth, but many people are missing multiple teeth on a single jawbone, so I think this is a great technique.
I don't have the world's greatest smile by any means. However, my teeth are not that bad. If I had a ton of loose or missing teeth, I would ask my dentist about these implants right away.
